    My highest intention is to fully serve and to bring love, growth, strength and healing into the world. The teachings of Yoga have and continue to transform me in so many ways and I feel passionate in sharing that with everyone around me. 

    I'm ever so grateful for the wisdom and support of all my teachers and for the journey that I have been through and continue to be. Yoga teaches me to refine all aspects of my being, from how I use my physical body to how I perceive my reality.  At the same time, yoga reminds me to embrace all of life as it is in each moment, in order to experience the sweetness  and joy of being fully present.

    Virtual classes will never replicate or replace the feeling of being in the same space with others, syncing with the energy of the group and receiving the personal feedback and adjustments from a teacher. But there are other elements that are equally or even more powerful. 

    Through this community, we can connect and support each other more by sharing insights from the practice, things you find challenging in your practice or life. By having this community  as the foundation of your membership will allow you to ask more questions and more answers to be discovered through contemplation, conversation and the collective wisdom.

    1. A Variety of Practices: A growing library of practices, tailored to energize, calm, and balance your body and mind.

    2. Monthly Theme: Contemplate and embody a specific theme for the duration of the month. The philosophical teachings of yoga are quite complex and dense, so they need time to be understood and  courage to be applied consistently. I will be inviting you to contemplate,journal and share your insights with your community.

    3. Supportive Connections: Connect with individuals who share your love for yoga and are on a similar path of self-improvement. Forge new friendships, build a network of support, and find inspiration from your fellow members.

      Private Classes

      Private classes are aimed towards students of all levels and ages. Whether you are a beginner or dealing with certain injuries or health conditions or simply don’t have time to attend public classes and you’d like to receive personalized instruction, then the private lessons are ideal for you. The focus of the classes depends on your needs and your intention.

      If you're newer to yoga, there will be an emphasis on the breath and the optimal alignment of your body within each pose. If you're more experienced and you want to deepen and refine your practice, more challenging poses can be explored to create greater clarity on the technique and the key actions necessary. If you're dealing with injuries or health conditions, the focus will be on how you can regain mobility and strength in that area of your body as well as work in a holistic way so that the healing process can accelerate. 

      At the end of each session I offer a few suggestions to each student to practice between our sessions together. This helps you to consistently create optimal physical movement patterns, and to cultivate a strong physical body that fully supports your in your practice and daily life. 

      I offer classes on Anusara Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Therapeutics, Yin Yoga, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. All of my classes explore the principles of optimal alignment and, depending on your needs, interests  and level, different practices of Yoga can be explored,  such as mantra, mudra, pranayama and meditation techniques.

      All my classes are taught either in person or via Zoom/Skype.
