Breathe, Move, Transform: 21 Days of Breath-Centered Practices
Are you ready to deepen your asana practice, refine your breath, and cultivate mindfulness? Join me in this challenge starting on the 1st of November , letting me guide you into your asana practice by placing breath at the center of every movement.
For this challenge, I would like to dedicate 3 weeks in learning to practice with the breath being the primary focus and the asana practice the secondary.
We all know the importance of refining our breath during our physical practice. However, we tend to focus primarily on the physical practice. In addition, we are very often unaware of our breath outside of our physical practice.
The way we use our breath during our physical practice and in our life is the foundation of our wellbeing, strength, steadiness and calmness. Breath is the link between mind, body, and spirit. When you are mindful of your breath, you can unlock deeper focus, release tension, and create a more meaningful connection between your inner and outer self.
By manipulating the rhythm of the breath we will be able to achieve different energetic results. Just as our energy levels and physical, mental, emotional states change so often, we need to be able to adjust our practice to accommodate these changes.
Each week we’ll be focusing on a different theme, and over the 21 days you’ll be gaining tools to restore your energy as you desire.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this challenge will help you tap into the transformative power of breath to improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Friday 1/11- Thursday 7/11: Day 1-7
Theme: Finding your Center
Thursday 7/11: 1st Live-streaming class 19.00-20.00 (GMT) and Q&A
Friday 8/11- Thursday 14/11: Day 8-14
Theme: Revitalize and Recharge
Thursday 14/11: 2nd Live-streaming class 19.00-20.00 (GMT) and Q&A
Friday 15/11- Thursday 21/11: Day 15-21

Thursday 21/11: 3rd Live-streaming closing practice 19.00-20.00 (GMT) and Q&A
*All pre-recorded practices will include asana, pranayama and short meditations, lasting approximately 30 minutes.
**All Live-streaming classes will be recorded and sent to you shortly after the end of the class.
***The intention of the challenge is for you to prioritize your wellbeing and learn simple ways that you can work with and transform your energy according to your intention. As you progress through daily consistent practice, you will experience increasing benefits in your practice and life. However, if you do happen to miss a day or two you can always catch up where you left off. More important than being consistent is to keep going, even if there were obstacles in your way! You will continue to have access to all the challenge recordings until the 30th of November.
